Just starting this out as an accountability thing. The more people I have supporting me the better I think I will do. So here it is.............I am starting up Weight Watchers again. I need to reset me. A happier healthier me. I need to eat better and exercise to be a good example for my kids. I have a son, almost 4, and a daughter, almost 2. I can already see where my eating habits are effecting them and how they want to eat. I also need to get a handle on my health for my migraines, but that's another post.
So Day one, back on weight watchers. I will weight myself when I get home but I am more concerned with my clothes fitting better, rather than weight. Size 12-14 right now.
